How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You enter a card at checkout but aren't charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then from the billing page and you pay nothing.
What counts as a mailbox?
A unique email address like hello@yourdomain.com. Each mailbox has its own inbox, login, and storage.
Are there sending limits?
Yes, for outbound email only. Receiving is always unlimited. Solo: 1,000/month, Pro: 10,000/month, Team: 100,000/month.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Bring any domain you already own. You can also register new domains directly from the dashboard.
Can I use my own email client?
Yes. Apple Mail, Thunderbird, Outlook, or any email app you already use.
Do you support catch-all addresses?
Yes. Receive email sent to any address on your domain, even ones you haven't created yet.
Can I switch plans?
Anytime. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing.
What about aliases?
Aliases are limited address variants attached to an existing mailbox: Solo includes 2, Pro includes 10, and Team includes 25.
