Superhuman pricing in 2026: every Mail plan and what a team pays

These are US prices from Superhuman's Mail plans page, checked on November 1, 2026. Superhuman bills each member. It is an email app, not an email host: it is built for teams that use Gmail or Outlook, and your mail stays with Google or Microsoft.

Short answer

Superhuman Mail costs $25 per member a month for Starter and $33 for Business, billed annually in US dollars, or $30 and $40 billed monthly. Enterprise is quoted by sales. Superhuman works with an existing Gmail or Outlook account, so you still pay for that account too.

Superhuman price per plan

Superhuman Mail Starter costs $25 per member a month billed annually, which is $300 a year. Business costs $33, or $396 a year. Enterprise has a custom price.[1]

Superhuman's suite page sells Business as a bundle of Mail, Grammarly, Docs and the Go assistant. Viewed from Europe on the same day, it showed EUR 33 per member a month billed annually or EUR 40 monthly.[2]

Annual or monthly billing

Annual billing saves 17%. Starter is $30 a month on monthly billing instead of $25, and Business $40 instead of $33. Over a year, monthly billing costs $60 more per member on Starter and $84 more on Business.[1]

Storage and seat limits

  • Seats: up to 25 on Starter and on Business. Enterprise has no cap.
  • Storage: Superhuman lists none, because the mail stays in your Gmail or Outlook account. Storage and mailbox limits are those of your Google or Microsoft plan.

Add-ons and the cost of the mailbox

The Mail plans page lists no add-ons. The real extra cost is the email account Superhuman connects to. You need a Gmail or Outlook account for each person, paid to Google or Microsoft.Sources[1]Superhuman Mail plans[3]Superhuman Mail

For example, Microsoft 365 Business Basic costs $7 per user a month on an annual subscription. Superhuman Starter on top of it brings the total to $32 per person a month.Sources[4]Microsoft 365 Business pricing[1]Superhuman Mail plans

What each plan leaves out

  • Starter: no Auto Drafts, no Ask AI, no Superhuman Mail MCP, no Custom Auto Labels with AI, no HubSpot or Salesforce, and no Recent Opens. Use the Starter price as an entry price, not as the price of AI drafts.
  • Business: no single sign-on, no admin console, no team analytics and no customer success manager. Those are on Enterprise.
  • Every plan: no mailbox. Superhuman does not replace Gmail or Outlook.

Superhuman compared with Shipmail

Superhuman and Shipmail answer different needs. Superhuman is an app that makes Gmail or Outlook faster, with AI drafts on Business. Shipmail is the mailbox itself, with an AI assistant in the plan.Sources[1]Superhuman Mail plans[3]Superhuman Mail

Shipmail prices the plan, not the person. Solo is $4 a month for 2 mailboxes and one person, Pro $9 for 4 mailboxes and up to 5 people, and Team $29 for 12 mailboxes and unlimited people. Annual billing costs 10 times the monthly price. Each mailbox holds 15 GB on Solo and Pro and 25 GB on Team.[5]

  • 3 people on Shipmail Pro: $9 a month, $90 a year on annual billing.
  • 10 people on Shipmail Team: $29 a month, $290 a year on annual billing.
  • The same teams on Superhuman Starter plus Business Basic mailboxes: $1,152 and $3,840.

Shipmail's AI assistant, in beta on every paid plan, drafts replies in your writing style as normal drafts, finds conversations and files mail. Claude and ChatGPT can work in a mailbox you choose through Shipmail's MCP server. Superhuman keeps your current Gmail or Outlook account, so you do not move any mail.Sources[6]Shipmail Assistant documentation[7]Shipmail MCP server docs[3]Superhuman Mail
